Privacy policy
Teravenox SpA processes personal data under Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and considering the legislative developments in force at the date of this publication. This document describes, in plain language, which data we collect, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Teravenox SpA, RUT 77.412.589-K, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4501, Office 1802, Las Condes, Santiago, is the entity responsible for processing the personal data collected through this site. For any inquiry, please write to contacto@teravenox.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email and message content. Technically, we record aggregated browsing information (language, device type, pages read) when you accept analytics cookies.
3. Purpose
Form data is used to reply to your editorial inquiry. It is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Browsing data, when applicable, is used to improve the reading experience and orient the next pieces we publish.
4. Retention
Emails sent through the form are retained for a maximum of twenty-four months in mailboxes controlled by the newsroom. Aggregated browsing data is kept in analytics systems for up to fourteen months.
5. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights) by writing to contacto@teravenox.com. We will reply within the deadlines set by Chilean legislation in force.
6. Security
We apply encryption in transit (TLS) and access restrictions on newsroom mailboxes. No system is fully impenetrable, but our policy is to minimise the information processed and never request sensitive, financial or civil identity data.
7. Changes to this policy
Whenever a relevant modification occurs, we will publish the new version on this same page, indicating the update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
